Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Carrier availability may vary by location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed and begin once your order has shipped (not when it is placed).

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country

  • RSVR Hydration does not collect or control these fees

  • Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

RSVR Hydration is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to sender for address issues

If an order is returned due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, RSVR Hydration is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Reach out to team@rsvrhydration.com, and we’ll assist where possible

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact team@rsvrhydration.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (unless explicitly stated at checkout)

  • Certain international regions due to carrier or regulatory limitations

Availability will be reflected during checkout.
