Order & Shipping
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier. If you have an account on our site, you can also view tracking information there.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team right away. We process orders immediately, so changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We strive for 100% accuracy, but errors can happen. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at team@rsvrhydration.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original tags attached.
How do I make a return?
Start a return through our online Return Portal or contact support for assistance.
Securely pack the item(s) and affix the provided return label.
Ship it back to us. You are responsible for the package until it reaches our facility.
How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment processor.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! To exchange, simply place a new order for the item you want, then return the original item for a refund following the return instructions above.
Warranty & Product Support
What does the warranty cover?
RSVR Hydration products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage from improper care.
Are hydration bladders covered under warranty?
Our hydration bladders are covered under the product’s standard warranty period. Some bladder components (e.g., mouthpieces or seals) may carry separate manufacturer coverage. Please check your specific product documentation for details.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To start a warranty claim:
Contact team@rsvrhydration.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
Include clear photos or video showing the defect.
Our team will review and guide you through next steps. You may be asked for additional information to process your claim.
Are replacement shipping fees covered?
If your claim is approved, we will cover product replacement costs. You may be responsible for return shipping and any import taxes or customs duties in your country.

How do I clean my hydration bladder and pack?
For best results:
Rinse your bladder and tube after each use with warm water.
Use a cleaning kit or mild soap to prevent buildup.
Hang open to air dry completely before storage.
Avoid machine washing packs or bladders unless specified by the product care label.
How do I use my hydration bladder?
Fill the bladder with water or your preferred hydration mix, seal the closure securely, and attach the drinking tube. Sipping from the bite valve provides convenient access without stopping your activity.

How much water should athletes drink per hour?
Most endurance athletes need 500–750ml per hour depending on heat and intensity.
Is a hydration pack better than bottles for long rides?
Hydration packs allow hands-free drinking, larger water capacity, and consistent hydration during long rides or races.
Why do hydration packs bounce while running or cycling?
Traditional bladders sit away from the body. RSVR’s shaped bladder reduces movement and sloshing.
Do hydration packs keep water cool?
RSVR’s HeatSync design pulls body heat away from the athlete to aid in active recovery.
