Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
Items are unused, unwashed, and unaltered
Items are returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, used hydration bladders, bite valves, or mouthpieces are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at team@rsvrhydration.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and ship it back following the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
RSVR Hydration reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside the policy guidelines.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, size, or configuration:
Place a new order for the desired item.
Return the original item following the return process above.
Once approved, your refund will be issued for the returned item.
This approach ensures faster fulfillment and product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact team@rsvrhydration.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
If confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Warranty-Related Returns
Returns related to manufacturing defects may fall under our Warranty Policy rather than this Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please refer to the Warranty section or contact support for guidance on warranty claims.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Customs duties, taxes, or fees
RSVR Hydration is not responsible for lost or delayed international return shipments.
